For those who wish to host Gabriella in their own city, country, or escape. Engagements begin from 24 hours and may extend to multi-day retreats.
Notice
A minimum of 14 days is appreciated for international arrangements.

A non-refundable retainer secures all travel bookings and reservations.
Travel Arrangements
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for us both, I kindly ask that you review the following travel guidelines before extending an invitation.
Advance Notice
Travel engagements require thoughtful planning and coordination. Whenever possible, I appreciate receiving travel invitations at least 7 days in advance, particularly for international destinations. This allows sufficient time to arrange schedules, accommodations, and travel details.
Travel & Accommodation
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable engagement, I kindly ask that travel and accommodation arrangements be confirmed in advance. This includes flight details, hotel bookings, and any local transportation plans. Sharing this information ahead of time helps me prepare appropriately and ensures a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Dining & Daily Expenses
During our time together, all meals, refreshments, and travel-related daily expenses are kindly provided by my host. Whether shared together or enjoyed independently, I appreciate the comfort of having these arrangements thoughtfully considered.
Rest & Wellbeing
To ensure I am at my most attentive, engaging, and present, I require adequate time to rest during our travels. Maintaining a balanced schedule allows me to provide the exceptional experience you deserve.
Personal Time
For longer engagements, a small amount of personal time each day is appreciated. These moments allow me to recharge, prepare for upcoming plans, and ensure our time together remains effortless and enjoyable.
Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm travel arrangements and secure reservations. Returning guests may qualify for a reduced retainer at my discretion.
Cancellations
Travel engagements cancelled within 72 hours of departure may result in the forfeiture of the retainer, and any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred will remain the responsibility of the host.
