3. Booking Policy

A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from Gabriella's Allure.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel booking requests at our sole discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before an appointment can be confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, payments made for confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
5. Deposit Requirements
To secure a booking, a deposit ranging from 50% to 100% of the agreed fee may be requested.
This deposit serves as a commitment from both parties, allowing time and arrangements to be reserved exclusively for your appointment.
All booking details are handled with professionalism, discretion, and respect for client privacy.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
More Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment
If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, the deposit will be retained but may be transferred once to a new appointment scheduled within 15 days, subject to availability.
Within 48 Hours of the Appointment
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the deposit.
Within 24 Hours or No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the arranged meeting, will result in the full agreed fee becoming payable.
7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully, courteously, and lawfully at all times.
Any form of abusive behavior, harassment, threats, coercion, or unlawful activity will result in the immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
Gabriella's Allure reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during inquiries or bookings will be used solely for communication, appointment management, and service delivery.
